Reprint: If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact our support team via e-mail at [email protected], and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors, and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
Refund: In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, a refund will be placed minus the shipping fee. Refunds are only allowed for reprinted faulty products, and extremely delayed shipping times.
